Is the next generation iPhone 5 really coming out this June? The world expected it, but it failed to show itself in 2011. Again it did not appear on the first quarter of this year as spectators anticipated. But the seemingly failed debut just fueled the growing eagerness on the release of the said new Apple phone.

There were recent speculations that the iPhone 5 would be released sometime this October. However, a rumor that came from an unnamed Samsung executive that the Mini iPad will debut later this year has changed this opinion. If this is true, then it is more probable that it would be released in June based on Apple’s product release trend. The said company releases one new product at a time to ensure each product would do well in the market.

If Apple sticks to its established product release strategy, it is more likely that the iPhone 5 would come out in June. It can be recalled that the iPad 3 was released this March. Should the Mini iPad really debut in October, it is but logical to assume that the new iPhone would come out in June. The iPad 3 would have sold big in the market by June. After releasing it in June, it would have three months buffer to soar in market sales before the debut of the Mini iPad in October, just in time for Christmas shopping.

These may be speculations, but not baseless ones. The assumptions backed by experience. The projections based on product movements in the market. But still spectators have to wait and see.
