In pregnancy time mother experience dizziness a lot. That may occur due to many reasons. Baby’s body take needed vitamins and mineral from the body of mother. So your blood pressure suddenly drops and that causes dizziness. During the pregnancy time if you lay on your back you can get dizziness so it’s better to lay by side during pregnancy time. Not eating enriched vitamin foods is also another reason of getting dizziness during pregnancy. To keep your body sugar at normal level to avoid dizziness you should change your diet plan.
